Roger has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. He is the Chief Operating Officer at Salt Funds Management.
Roger's finance career started as a key account manager in JP Morgan’s equity derivatives office in London in the late 90s. Then returning to New Zealand in 2000, as an investment product advisor for Royal & SunAlliance.
Roger held several roles at Westpac over 7 years including Senior Product Development Manager at BT in Sydney and Head of Product at BT in Auckland where he oversaw the launch of the Westpac KiwiSaver Scheme.
Prior to joining Salt, Roger was Head of Wealth Product at ASB Bank where he led the transition into the Financial Markets Conduct regime.
Roger has a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Otago and Masters in Commerce from Auckland University.
