How To Invest
You can invest in the Funds either directly with us or through an administration service.
Investing Directly with Us
Complete the application form which is located at the back of the Product Disclosure Statement. Ensure all relevant sections are completed including your IRD number, tax residency information & PIR rate.
When opening an account you will be required to provide identity documents as governed under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. The requirements are at the back of the application form and what you need to provide will depend on what kind of account you open i.e. individual account, company account or trust account.
You can email a scanned copy of the application form and identity documents to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the originals to ensure that everything is in order.
Investments into the Funds can be made as a lump sum and/or regular investments, either by cheque or direct debit. Once you have made an initial investment, there is no obligation to make further payments. Investments of any amount can usually be made, provided the following minimums are met.
Initial investment - $5,000
Additional lump sum investment - $1,000
Regular investment - $100 per month
If we receive a valid application before 1.00pm on a valuation day, we will issue units at the price set that day. If we receive the application after 1.00pm, we will issue units at the price set the following valuation day. Valuation days occur every business day in Auckland.

Investing with an Administration Service
There are various administration services that offer our Funds on their platforms. Each administration service will have their own requirements on how to invest and different minimum and subsequent investment amounts.
