Complaints Procedure

We are committed to ensuring our clients receive an excellent level of service. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the service you have received. We have an internal complaints procedure and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly. You may contact us in writing by email or mail at the contact details provided HERE. Salt Funds Management Limited and Salt Investment Funds Limited are members of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited ('FSCL'). We have 40 days to respond to your complaint. If you are not satisfied by our response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing, calling FSCL on 0800 347 257, or writing to Level 4, 101 Lambton Quay, PO Box 5967, Lambton Quay, Wellington 6145. There is no cost to you to use the services of FSCL. Please refer to their website ( for further information.
